Sales and Marketing Expert

Job Description: STRIVE 4BG is a leading Bulgarian company specializing in project management in construction and real estate development. We offer comprehensive services for investment projects, including planning, management, coordination, budgeting, and cost control - from urban planning and design to sales and marketing of properties.

We are currently working on a large-scale project for the Spanish investment company Hercesa International, as well as numerous other significant projects, such as residential complexes, shopping centers, and infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Developing and implementing business development and marketing strategies.
Establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and partners.
Identifying new business opportunities and attracting new clients.
Analyzing market trends and competitive environment to optimize sales.
Managing sales – identifying potential clients, conducting negotiations, preparing offers, and closing sales contracts.
Controlling and updating commercial information – client data, contracts, and payments.
Managing marketing campaigns and coordinating advertising activities.

Our Requirements:

Master's degree in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, or Management.
Proficiency in English.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
Excellent computer literacy and experience with marketing software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret market data.
Experience in a real estate company is an advantage.

We Offer:

Employment contract with a 6-month probation period.
Competitive remuneration.
Five-day work week – from Tuesday to Saturday, with days off on Sunday and Monday.
Working hours from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
