Hercesa is a real estate development company which started its activity with several projects in Spain in 1975. Since then Hercesa has an important portfolio in the residential, industrial and services sectors in Spain and in 2004 it has expanded internationally through Hercesa international. The present portfolio of Hercesa comprises projects in Spain, Portugal, Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Poland, Morocco, Ecuador, Mexico and Panama.

Hercesa Bulgaria ltd is owned by the Spanish company Hercesa Internacional. Hercesa Bulgaria has aquired in 2008 plots in Sofia in the areas of Manastirski livadi-iztok and Gorna banya and is commencing Lipite residential development in Manstirski livadi-iztok on 22 000 sq.m. with the partnership of Strive 4BG as project manager.
