Paradise Mall

Paradise Center has Total Built-up Area of nearly 175 000 sq. m and 75 000 sq. m of Gross Leasable Area. Paradise is a shopping and entertainment center with a cinema theater and bowling alleys, various attractions including a small amphitheater, rest zones on the roof, etc. There is an underground parking for 1 850 vehicles. 

Strive 4BG was responsible for the Fit Out Management services to assist the Owner during the project preparation and the project realization of the project. More specifically, following functions were covered:

-    Design Phase
o    Preparation of Tenant Manual - TM
o    Issue of Initial Tenant Design - ITD
o    Coordination of the permitting activities
-    Realization Phase
o    Handover of the Demised Premises
o    Induction of the tenants
o    Logistics support
o    Technical supervision
o    Quality management
o    Claim management
o    Site coordination (on Owner’s side)
